items and can handle upto 2 lakh tons of cargo per month. While in a similar
development, Rajkot
International Airport’s new terminal also to commence commercial flight
operations soon, Airport Authority of India officials said of the
terminal to be functional with effect from February 9th 2025, which
will handle 2,800 passengers at peak hours.
In an update on Mumbai-Ahmedabad
bullet train project, Vande
Bharat Trains will run on a Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train corridor
until Shinkansen Trains arrive from Japan, The Indian Railways said the plan is
to start fully-functional operations of Vande Bharat trains on this track by
2027, to ensure that the high-capital intensive project remains utilized until
the Japanese Trains are ready to travel on same track.

Court rejects petition of compensation from Oreva Group, the district
consumer dispute redressal commission in Morbi rejected a petition filed last
